About Our Services

LMH Securities Private Limited is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-318981). Transactions placed through us are executed on the BSE Star MF platform (Member Code 62624). We facilitate investments in mutual fund schemes offered by asset management companies registered with SEBI.

Eligibility & Your Account

To use our services you must:

• Be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law
• Complete KYC verification as required by SEBI regulations
• Provide information that is accurate, complete and kept up to date
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use

Investments & Transactions

Orders placed through our platform are transmitted to BSE Star MF for execution. Units are allotted at the applicable NAV as per the cut-off timings and rules of the respective asset management company. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; the value of your investments may go up or down.

Our Role as Distributor

We act as a distributor of mutual funds and not as an investment adviser. Any tools, calculators or information on this platform are for illustration and education only and do not constitute investment advice. We may receive commission from asset management companies for investments made through us.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from market movements, scheme performance, delays or failures attributable to exchanges, asset management companies, registrars, banks or events beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
